Breathe into who you truly are
Reconnect with your Self. Connect more deeply with the world around you.
Whether you’re exploring life as a neurodivergent person or carrying the weight of caregiving, there’s a space here for you to reconnect, release, and remember who you are.
Just looking for support?
Perhaps you’re not ready to join a program or you’re not sure how you identify. Breathwork can still meet you where you are.
Neurodynamic breathwork supports the release of stored emotions, helps you process experiences from the past, and invites you into deeper relationship with the parts of you that may have been overlooked. It works gently but deeply, one breath at a time.
Even a small shift—more comfort in your own skin, a clearer sense of self, a softening—can change the shape of things.
Empowering Your Breath and Mind with Change the Shape

I’m a Certified Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator with a background as wide and varied as the people I support—music teacher, lab tech, martial arts instructor, homeschool guide, special ed advocate, and more.
It might sound like a scattered path, but it’s been perfect preparation for holding space with nuance, humility, and care. I’m not a licensed therapist, which means I’m not here to diagnose or fix. You stay in charge of your own healing. I just help you change the shape of what’s stuck… one breath at a time.

Inspiring testimonials from our valued clients.
Real words from real people who’ve breathed, moved, and softened into themselves here.
Each story is unique — but all speak to the quiet power of being met exactly where you are.
I have had wonderful sessions breathing with Gladys. Her expertise, caring, and supportive approach created a safe container where I was able to release a lot of stress I was carrying in my body and stuck energy flowing again. At the end, I gained the clarity I needed on my current challenges. I highly recommend Gladys to anyone who is ready to experience a powerful breathwork session.
