I offer individual and group sessions for anyone seeking a safe, supported way to reconnect with themselves. This modality supports emotional release, rewiring of stress patterns, and access to parts of yourself that may have been quiet or overwhelmed for a long time.
Through the circular, conscious breathing of Neurodynamic Breathwork™, we enter an altered state that allows our nervous systems to soften, our emotions to surface gently, and our internal systems to reorganize in healthier ways.
Whether you’re working through something from the past or simply looking for a moment of presence in your week, these sessions offer a chance to shift… just enough to feel the difference.
One-on-One Breathwork Sessions
Engage in tailored breathwork sessions focused on your unique needs. Curate your own physical space if you prefer as I facilitate for you online. Alternatively, you can focus on engaging with your inner world as you leave physical considerations to me in an in-person session.
Online Group Breathwork Sessions
Join an online group session to explore collective healing and breath awareness. Extend connection to your Self to connection with others by tapping into the support of a breathwork community. Some breathers experience enhanced integration by participating in group sessions, validation of their individual experiences as well as expanded insights. Every session is unique, changing according to the various energies contributing to the communal consciousness on a given day.
In-Person Group Workshops
Held quarterly, in-person group workshops are half-day retreats that include embodied movement preparation for a 60-minute Neurodynamic Breathwork™ session. A period of integration follows that includes journaling, artistic expression, and a sharing circle. Light refreshments will be served during integration.
